Process

The pre construction includes, on site- consultation, site survey, floor plan designs, application of municipal permits.

Finalizing cost and input from the home owner about their valuable needs or desires to be included. The communication will be open and convenient throughout the process.

Construction of the home usually takes 6-8 months. Quality is ensured throughout the construction process and updates are provided upon successful inspection for each tradesman.

Upon completion a possession tour is provided with the explanation of two, five and ten year warranty.
